Who We Are
Our founders are Derrick and Keri Holder. We are a husband and wife team and family owned business. Derrick graduated from Texas State University majoring in Business Communications and has spent nearly his entire career in the commercial construction industry with a small stint at Dell Computer Corporation just prior to finding his calling. Keri earned her degree in Marketing and Communications from the University of North Texas and has nearly twenty years experience in the commercial construction industry, having worked for Lincoln Property Company for nearly a decade managing mixed-use development and dealing with all phases from planning, sub-contracting, punch, close-out and leasing.
How We Began
Waterloo Paneling was founded in Austin, TX in 2017 after the untimely closure of Southwest Vault Builders. Derrick Holder headed up the wall paneling systems division for Southwest Vault Builders for 15 years. SWVB sadly closed it’s doors after 45 years of operation due to the declining health of the owner, Larry Nolan. We managed to keep all of our vendor partners and amazing installers in place, bringing decades of cumulative experience. From purchasing, warehousing, logistics and work in the field we are well-equipped to manage the demands that schedules and budgets put on our clients' shoulders.

Waterloo Paneling offers FRP Wall Panels, Stainless Steel Wall Panels, and dozens of other high-performance decorative finishes. We are competitively priced on every one of our products and services. Turn-Key wall-panel systems is our specialty and we’ve completed literally thousands of projects from small kitchens to large hotels and medical facilities.
